The KAIZEN™ Green Belt Online curriculum expands on the fundamental theories of the Lean methodology learned in our KAIZEN™ Foundations or Yellow Belt Certification and introduces new concepts and tools that will propel an organization further. Students learn how more advanced tools and Lean methodologies can be used to foster a waste-free, customer-centric workplace. Upon completing this course, students will have the capability to lead and independently drive Lean improvement teams. The KAIZEN™ Green Belt Online Certification is typically achieved by someone who is actively participating in their employer's Lean journey; this person usually desires to lead and manage Continuous Improvement events. The program will be delivered online with a live facilitator in a series of twice weekly modules. Please check specific start dates for scheduling. Please contact us if you wish to participate in the program, but the date or time does not work for you!
...The KAIZEN™ Foundations Certification Program is an introductory program designed to familiarize those with limited or no exposure to KAIZEN™/Lean methodologies to practices that reduce waste, identifies savings opportunities, and engages others to new and better ways of doing work. It exposes the student to a KAIZEN™/Lean Operating philosophy and provides them with the means to support it on a day-to-day basis. Students learn how introductory Lean tools foster a waste-free, customer-centric work environment. For those familiar with KAIZEN™ training, this covers the same course material as our Yellow Belt Training, but in an Online format. The program is delivered online with a live facilitator in a series of weekly modules. If you wish to participate in the program please fill out the registration. The dates will be confirmed when at least 8 students are registered!
...An introduction to Continuous Improvement and Lean Culture. KAIZEN™ Yellow Belt Certification is a 3.5-day program that provides participants with basic Lean training to begin building a Continuous Improvement culture.
...Develop Professional Level Skills in Lean and KAIZEN™ Methodology and Technique. KAIZEN™ Green Belt Certification is a 4-day program that will focus on Intermediate Lean processes, covering a variety of Lean methodology that will empower you to recognize opportunities for Continuous Improvement of quality, cost efficiency and delivery/flow efficiency.
