Upcoming Training Courses

Our Black Belt Certification is the third and final course in our program. This course teaches advanced Kaizen/Lean concepts and facilitates a professional level Continuous Improvement program at participant's sites.The program is comprised of two parts. The first 4 day session where the Lean tools are examined is held in Toronto from September 18-21, 2018. This classroom training is followed by a practical application of these tools back at the workplace. The second 4 day session goes in-depth on coaching and communication and will be held in Toronto from December 4-7, 2018. Students must be prepared to attend both 4 day sessions and complete the practical application process to be certified.

KAIZEN™ Yellow Belt Certification is a 4 day program that will provide participants with the basic Lean training needed to begin building a Continuous Improvement culture. The program covers an Introduction to Lean and Continuous Improvement, Lean Culture and provides instruction on how to use Lean tools such as PDCA, The Seven Wastes for offices and plants, Standard Work, 5S, Fish bones and 5W's, and Business Process Mapping. The session finishes up with sessions on how to practically apply the techniques to your workplace. Early bird price of $1995 USD is in effect until 30 days before program start. Registrations received less than 30 days in advance are priced at $2495 USD.
